Our online booking system (Systm-Online) is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Systm-Online enables you to book appointments and request repeat prescriptions and medication.

Registration

If you wish to use this service you will need to register. For security reasons we will need to see proof of identity in the form of either a passport or driving license, or, two other forms of written identification, for example, recent (not older than three months) domestic utility bills or bank statements showing current address, birth certificate etc. You will then be given a printout of your username and password.

To manage your appointments online

Booking your next appointment over the internet is easy, and you can do it any time without waiting for surgery lines to open. So whether it’s the middle of the night, your lunch break at work, or even if you’re away on holiday, you can log-in and secure yourself an appointment within seconds. Click the link to the left to go to the online booking screen.

Manage your medication online

If you find it hard to get into the centre to order your next repeat prescription, Systm-Online could make your life easier, simply log-in to Systm-Online and view a list of the medication you have been prescribed.

View your patient record online

You can now access your patient record and view your medical notes using Systm-Online.

Manage your details online

You can change your email address and phone number details using Systm-Online. Change of address must be done at reception at the surgery. Proof of address is required.

 Security

The Systm-Online service has been developed, tested and accredited by Health and Social Care Information Centre. All personal information used by Systm-Online is secure and protected. Your information is only available to the staff at your practice that have the appropriate security controls, i.e. those managing appointments and repeat prescribing.
