We recommend that you are registered at the GP practice nearest to your home address to improve your access to medical services. If you are not registered with a GP practice and live in Purfleet-on-Thames or would like to change to a GP near to your new home address.

Please register using this link https://gp-registration.nhs.uk/Y00033/gpregistration/landing. An automatic registration form is then send to the surgery. This does not mean that you are registered straight away. You will be sent a text message from the surgery informing you are registered.

In addition, if you are not a UK or EU citizen, we will need to see any relevant documentation from the Home Office as proof of your entitlement to access NHS services.
