We recommend that you are registered at the GP practice nearest to your home address to improve your access to medical services. If you are not registered with a GP practice or would like to change your registered practice and register as a patient with us, please ask for the patient registration forms from reception, fill them in and hand them in to our reception desk.
You will also need to bring the following items along with your registration forms, either:
- photographic identification, such as a passport or driving license; and
- proof of address (this can be a letter that has your name and current address on and is dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill, bank statement, council tax letter or any other letter addressed to you).
In addition, if you are not a UK or EU citizen, we will need to see any relevant documentation from the Home Office as proof of your entitlement to access NHS services.
Registrations take up to 7 working days to process.
