Stay at home if you have coronavirus symptoms

Stay at home if you or someone in your household have Coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms which are either:

• a high temperature (above 37.8 degrees)
• a new continuous cough

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you’re staying at home.
You can complete a self certificate for absence so you do not need to contact us for a doctors medical certificate (or ‘sick note’)

Home visits are available to you if you are a registered patient. Patients requiring home visits must be housebound because of illness or disability.

If you need a home visit you should call us before 10am where possible on: 01708 864 834

A doctor or nurse may call you back to see if your problem can be dealt with over the telephone. It may also be appropriate to send a nurse or arrange hospital attendance for you.

Visiting is extremely time-consuming so please try to attend the centre if possible.
